Timezones on Nobstudio

Ok, so I've been checking the forums like 5-4 times a day, and I'm starting to get confused with the timezones. Please help me by posting your timezone.Mine is GMT +8:00

Im at GMT + 0 and 1...kind of middlish...

Mine's either +0 to 1 or -0 to 1. I don't know which is east and which is west.

If you look at a globe, then left is west and east is right.
