There is only one really bad ending: Getting the 'USELESS' title. You know that already, LOL!

There's a useless title? And I find Sea Water rubbish! And Red Fire doesn't stand a chance against Ice Water and Ice Water stands no chance against Sea Water. I tried.

Apprentice contest: 3 HA, 2 MB. Mana burn all the way then attack.

Old Mage: 4 HA, 3 MB. Mana burn all the way then attack.

Young Mage contest: 5 HA, 3 MB, 5 LD. For Poison Water, mana burn until you don't have enough mana. Rest until you have enough mana to burn opponent's mana. Opponent will have one mana left and will rest. Rest then mana burn. Do this a few times, but not too much, then attack. Repeat 'Rest then mana burn' then you will win.

MAX LEVEL: Good or evil: Either. Either would do.

Ranking ladder: Enjoy! BUT you must be serious with Sea Water. Attack the Senior and Powerful! Burn the Ranked and Master! Then train to get 184 mana. And then you fight the Clan Leader. Mana burn until you have 19 mana left. Freeze 2, high attack. High defend against opponent's attack. Mana burn--->High attack--->Rest until you win. Note: Must be completed before Clan Leader election. Also, if you're evil, you'll be fighting the Sea Water Clan Leader in the Great Mage election so be sure to keep your mana 184! If you're good, on the other hand, enjoy!

Oh, you MUST be at least ranking two before the Clan Leader election, or else you won't be able to fight your former Clan Leader for the ranking.

Champion, why does Red Fire stand no chance against Ice Water.
I forgot most of the details but hey, looking at my own posts helps.

Red Fire vs Ice Water: Simply use a low attack to make him use Freeze 1. This way ice water will NEVER get to use Freeze 2.

You also don't need to keep the 184 mana. Alternatively, you can high attack instead of mana burn, as long as you plan to have 19 mana at the end.
Multiples of 3 above 184 can work.

Even so, you have low attack which uses 5 mana. So basically almost all amount will work...just not too high.
